The accountability layer for enterprise AI Bennett engineers run it inside your business

Bennett ONE is the accountability layer for AI agents. It checks every answer against its source, sends every important action to a person on your team for approval, and records every step. Bennett engineers set it up, run it with you, and measure the resulting impact.

Built for the way your business already runs

Bennett ONE works inside the systems and data you have today.

  1. Your systemsWarehouse, documents, and operating systems, in place. The agent sees only the data it is scoped to see.
  2. The agentReads what it is allowed to read and proposes actions. Every answer cites its source.
  3. A person approvesAny action that moves money, changes a record, or reaches a customer.
  4. The actionRuns inside your existing systems. Nothing new to manage or migrate.
The recordEvery question, answer, approval, and measured result, stored with its source and reported against your baseline.

01 · Connects to your data

Your data stays where it is

We connect Bennett ONE to your warehouse, documents, and operating systems in place, and nothing has to move.

02 · Checks every answer

You can check any answer in one click

Every answer links back to the document, table, or record it came from, and we test each output against criteria set with your team.

03 · Routes approvals to your team

Nothing changes without a yes from your team

Each agent can read only what it is allowed to read. A person on your team approves any action that moves money, changes a record, or reaches a customer.

04 · Records every step

You can see exactly what changed, and the value

Every question, answer, approval, and result is stored with its source. We record your starting numbers before the first cycle, and we report every gain against them.

Most teams have tried an AI assistant and watched it underdeliver

“We do not ask an agent to behave well. We remove its ability to do the wrong thing.”

Zank Bennett · Founder

We built Bennett ONE on the assumption that every agent will sometimes be wrong, confused, or overconfident. Those mistakes stop at a person on your team before they reach your business.

Two ways to see it working

Path one · Your numbers rise

The numbers Bennett was hired to move go up, and they stay up

Every gain is reported against the baseline set on day one. The systems Bennett runs stay in production for years and keep improving on the numbers they were built to move.

Path two · The same result takes less labor

Within one client, the same fee delivers more each quarter

As the record absorbs more of the recurring decision work, the same scope takes fewer hours from Bennett's team. You see the same result with less labor behind it, and the freed capacity goes to the next workflow.

Bennett has run more than 70 models in production at Irth since 2020. Together they surface 83% more damage risk than manual field review.

Frequently asked questions

If your question is missing, bring it to the first call.

What is Bennett ONE?

Bennett ONE is an agentic runtime that works as the accountability layer for enterprise AI. Engineers will recognize it as an agent control plane: it decides what an agent may read, routes anything consequential to a person on your team, and records every step. Bennett engineers configure it and run it inside each engagement.

Does it replace the systems we already run?

No. We connect Bennett ONE to your warehouse, CRM, documents, and operating tools in place, and it acts inside them. Your data stays in your systems and you own every deliverable.

Which AI models does it use?

Bennett ONE runs on frontier models from Anthropic, OpenAI, and Google, chosen per task. The model handles one step of the six: the recommendation. Bennett controls which model runs, what context it receives, and what it may suggest, so swapping the model changes nothing else.

Who approves what the agent does?

A person on your team. Each agent has defined permissions set with your team during setup. It can read what it is allowed to read and propose actions. Anything that moves money, changes a record, or reaches a customer waits for that person's approval, and the approval is logged.

What happens on the readiness call?

Your engineer asks the owner of the number and the person who works with the data twelve questions in three groups.

The objective. Which measure are we moving? Where does it stand today? Who owns it? When do you need results?

The data. Where is it kept? How far back does it go, and how much is there? Can the measure be calculated from it today? Who knows it best? What do you already know is missing or wrong?

Access. Who grants it, and by what date? What has to be signed first, and how long does that take? When can a sample arrive?

The call ends with a yes or no on whether Discovery can start, and a start date.

How is it priced?

Bennett ONE is priced against the value it measurably creates on the workflow it runs, and sized below what it replaces, so the economics are clear from the first cycle. There is no seat count and no enterprise-wide license. It starts on one workflow and expands as the results justify it. Discovery is a fixed fee agreed in writing before day one, and the Discovery report sets the scope, fee, and start date for the build.

Can our own engineers take it over?

Yes. After go-live, you choose how it runs.

  • Bennett runs itOur engineers operate, monitor and retrain the system and report against the baseline each quarter.
  • We run it togetherYour engineers take over named parts of the system while ours keep the rest, on a schedule you set.
  • You run itYour team operates the system and Bennett stays on call for changes and reviews.

You can move between the three at any time, and everything we built is yours in all of them.
